Indicative is on a mission to make every business data-driven by making data more accessible than ever. Indicative is the only Product Analytics platform for modern data infrastructure. It’s designed for product teams to leverage complex analysis on customer behavior to build better products without the need for SQL, analytic languages, or data analysts.

We are seeking a self-motivated, smart Product Intern who will be a key contributor to our go-to market, product, and strategy efforts as we scale our business. You will work directly with our product team and CEO.

The person filling this position will make a significant impact while gaining hands-on Strategy, Product, and Marketing experience at a fast-growing startup. This includes product management, user testing, product marketing, strategy, creation of client-facing content, and market research. You can expect a fast-paced, high-energy work day at a fast-growing startup. We're a small team and your contributions will be essential and valued.

This role is currently remote due to Covid, but has the option to work from Indicative’s offices in NYC and Los Angeles. This is a paid internship program, open to part- or full-time.

Key Responsibilities

  • User research and product feature ideation
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements
  • Create wireframes and prototypes to guide product development
  • QA and test new features to communicate issues with the user interface or usability of the app or feature
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products
  • Go-to market positioning and competitive analysis
  • Data analytics using Indicative to analyze engagement with new feature releases

Requirements

  • A student currently enrolled in a full-time degree program, or have recently graduated from a Product Development-focused bootcamp
  • Previous product and/or SaaS internship a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, data analysis, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and integrity
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • You have a data-driven mindset
  • Proficient with Google Apps including Docs, Sheets, and Slides
